First Day Of School
Max had his first day of kindergarten yesterday. And it was a disaster. He had been complaining of a headache earlier, and it only grew worse during his day with Mrs. Pappano. Eventually, he landed in the nurses office, and I had to go pick him up. So, not a good start. Max made it on the first page of school pictures, looking miserable (he is in a red shirt, next to some kid that looks like a gerbil).
He managed to sleep it off, and he is now back at school for Day 2.

Aww, how cute. I want some more pictures of him going to school if you have any. I'm so proud of him, he looks adorable even when he is upset or bored looking, like he was in the picture. I'm a proud Aunt.
My poor Mr. Max..wonder where he learned to work through the pain? His parents of course..a source of strength for all of us to pull from. I cried the first week Jess went to kindergarten, she kept telling me it's okay mommy, I'll be right back....she was right..hasn't left yet. 28 years later. WAY TO GO MR. MAX.

My little baby was so disappointed that he had to come home. I was so proud of him this morning when he insisted that he go to school. He has the work ethic of his Daddy. He is so cute, smart and so very sweet.
