Bordentown Bulldogs (125lb) Host First Playoff Game Since '81

The Bordentown Bulldogs (125lb Division) are the NFC North Division Champions this year. After a first round bye, they host Burlington Township on Sunday, November 18th at 12pm at the Bordentown Regional Middle School. Please come out to support the team. The following is a note from Coach Denelsbeck about this big playoff game:

Yes yet another email about the Bulldogs Football Season.

Just want everyone to know and please forward this anyone you feel would be interested in the game.

This weekend the Bordentown Bulldogs will take the field against Burlington Twp, in a playoff game. This is the second round of the playoffs since the Bulldogs had a first round bye.(What a week) The Playoff game this weekend is the first home playoff football game since 1981.

The Bulldogs are 7-1 and captured the Division Crown already. Looking to win this game and go to the Conference final.

The reason behind the email is, I would like to spread the word about a wonderful season we are having and these kids deserve everything they got this season. Looking to get a OVERWHELMING crowd for the game this weekend. Last season at Maple Shade was nice and so was ATCO, but since it is home and really no traveling please come out and support the furture of the Bordentown Football

The Game is at 12 noon, Sunday November 18 at the Bordentown Middle School on Dunns Mill Road.

Side note, the Bulldogs Program has never beat a Burlington Twp team

Sincerely

Mike Denelsbeck

It was cold and raining during the 125lb Bulldog playoff game today. Burlington Twp was tough, scoring to take the lead with only 2 minutes to play in the fourth. The Bulldogs tried to mount one more drive with the wind at their backs, but came up short and lost the game 12-8.

Check out pictures from the game, and pictures from the cheerleaders.

Dave,

Great Job this season. Thank you for all the hard work you did. Just looked at the Twp game... brings tears to a grown mans eye.
