Bordentown Handles Northern

I've been meaning to get to a middle school girls basketball game since the season started. It wasn't a disappointment, as both the varsity and JV squads came out on top. Varsity had the lead throughout, and won by a wide margin, 34-23. The JV squad, however, fought hard to take the game into overtime.

Tied 17-17, the JV Scotties hustled on offense and played excellent team defense down the stretch. With less than a minute remaining, Bordentown's No. 15 completed a three-point play after being fouled in the paint. Then, with seconds remaining, Bordentown's No. 3 sunk a medium-range field goal to seal the victory for the Scotties, 22-17.

Sorry I was not able to get a team roster, so I don't have any player names. If someone could please send them to me, I'd be obliged.
